I offer two levels of consulting:

1. An Assessment of Your Online and Social Media Presence (OPSMA)
A pre-packaged, flat-rate service with a defined output (described below), the OSMPA is an affordable way to gain insight into the impact of your current online strategies.

2. Branding and Social Media Consulting Engagement
With mutually-agreed-to timeframes and Scope of Work (SOW), I’ll work with you or your organization to study your internal processes and your customer-facing online and social media strategies (if any), and provide recommendations for actions that will support the achievement of your goals, such as increased brand awareness, improved customer service or customer loyalty, revenue growth, community engagement, etc.
